2018: 

• Competed in six races
• Recorded four top-ten finishes, three in the top-five
• Recorded career-best time 24:17.2 at the CCIW Championship where he placed third
• Finished seventh at the Midwest Region Championship (24:40.9)
• Secured a season-best second place finish at the NCAA Division III National Championship (24:29.7) to earn All-America honors for the third straight season
• Raced on the past three national champion teams (2016, 2017, 2018)
• Academic All-CCIW
• CCIW Jack Swartz Academic All-Conference Award winner
• Inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma (National College Athlete Honor Society)
• CoSIDA Academic All-District selection
• CoSIDA 2nd Team Academic All-America selection

2017: Competed in seven races, posting two top-five finishes. Finished third at the CCIW Championship (25:06.6.) Finished 12th at Midwest Region Championship (23:54.3) and eighth at Division III National Championship (24:34.92) to claim All-America accolades for second straight year. Academic All-CCIW. Inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma (National College Athlete Honor Society).

2016: Competed in seven races for the Cardinals. Posted season best finish at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh AAE Invitational, placing 4th (25:03.0). Placed 6th at the CCIW Championship (26:02.8) to earn First Team All-CCIW honors. Placed 8th at the NCAA Division III Midwest Region Championship (24:56.8) and posted season-best time of 24:40.5 at the NCAA Division III National Championship, placing 15th to earn All-American honors. Academic All-CCIW.

2015: Competed in eight races. Posted seven top-20 finishes and three top-10 finishes. Placed a season-best 2nd at the CCIW Championship (25:41.9) and earned First Team All-CCIW and CCIW Freshman of the Year honors. Finished 12th at the Midwest Region Championship (24:41.4) and went on to finish 65th at the Division III National Championship with a time of 25:18.5. USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.
