Biography
2018: Ran 36.68 for 300 meters and 50.91 for 400 meters indoors. Placed first in 4x400-meter relay and eighth in 400 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Placed second in 4x400 relay at NCAA Indoor Championships in school-record time of 3:14.48 to earn All-America honors. Ran 3.11.26 in the 4x400-meter relay, 48.82 in the 400 meters and 43.27 in the 4x100-meter relay outdoors. Plced 4th in the 400 meters and 2nd in the 4x400-meter relay at CCIW outdoor Championships. Placed 4th in the 4x400-meter relay at NCAA Outdoor Championships earning All-American Honors.
2017: Ran 23.30 for 200 meters, 36.58 for 300 meters and 51.44 for 400 meters indoors. Competed at Division III Indoor Championships in 4-by-400-meter relay, placing third to earn All-America honors. Ran on winning 4x400 relay teams at CCIW Indoor Championships, Grand Valley State Bob Eubanks Open, Cardinal Opener, Cardinal Classic and Wisconsin-Stevens Point Final Qualifier. Ran 49.14 for 400 meters outdoors. Placed second in 4-by-400-meter relay and fifth in 400 at the CCIW Outdoor Championships.
2016: Ran 7.36 for 60 meters and 23.26 for 200 meters indoors. Qualified for NCAA Division III Indoor Championships in 4-by-400-meter relay, finishing fifth to earn All-America honors. Ran on third-place 4-by-400-meter relay team at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran on first-place distance medley relay team at Chicagoland Indoor Championships. Ran 23.59 for 200 meters and 51.23 for 400 meters outdoors. Placed fifth in 4-by-100-meter relay at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Earned All-America honors with seventh-place finish in 4-by-400-meter relay at Division III Outdoor Championships.
2015: Ran 6.87 for 55 meters, 7.29 for 60 meters and 23.43 for 200 meters indoors. Ran 11.25 for 100 meters and 22.67 for 200 meters outdoors. Placed fifth in 4-by-100-meter relay at CCIW Outdoor Championships.
