Won NCAA National Championship in 5,000 and placed fourth in 3,000, earning All-America honors in both events. Ran 3:56.09 in the 1,500 meters, 13:58.27 in the 5,000 meters, and 29:47.30 in the 10,000 meters outdoors. Placed 1st in the 5,000 meters at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Won individual national title at 10,000 meters and placed fourth in the 5,000 meters at NCAA Outdoor Championships, earning two All-American honors. Academic All-CCIW. USTFCCCA All-Academic selection and indoor Division III Scholar Athlete of the Year. Inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma (National College Athlete Honor Society).
2017: Ran 4:22.80 for one mile, 8:23.30 for 3,000 meters and 14:28.15 for 5,000 meters indoors. Placed first in 5,000 and fourth in mile at CCIW Indoor Championships. Finished second in 5,000 and seventh in 3,000 at Division III Indoor Championships, earning All-America honors in both events. Won 3,000 at Chicagoland Indoor Championships and Cardinal Classic. Ran 3:55.15 for 1,500 meters and 14:15.65 for 5,000 meters outdoors. Placed second in 5,000 and third in 1,500 at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Qualified for Division III Outdoor Championships in 5,000, placing 10th. Finished first in 1,500 at Wheaton Invitational. Placed third in open section of 5,000 at Drake Relays. Academic All-CCIW.
2016: Ran 4:19.37 for one mile, 8:38.31 for 3,000 meters and 14:57.65 for 5,000 meters indoors. Placed fourth in mile and fifth in 5,000 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran 4:02.82 for 1,500 meters, 14:40.80 for 5,000 meters and 31:13.34 for 10,000 meters outdoors. Placed fourth in 5,000 at CCIW Outdoor Championship. Won 10,000 at Dr. Keeler Invitational and 5,000 at Gregory Invitational. Academic All-CCIW.
