Biography
2018: Ran 22.66 for 200 meters, 36.29 for 300 meters and 49.65 for 400 meters indoors. Placed first in 4x400-meter relay, third in 400 and fourth in 200 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Placed second in 4x400 relay at NCAA Indoor Championships in school-record time of 3:14.48, earning All-America honors. Ran 22.26 in the 200 meters, 48.59 in the 400 meters, 1:27.98 in the 4x200-meters relay, 41.48 in the 4x100-meters relay, and 3:11.26 in the 4x400-meters relay. Placed 3rd in the 400 meters, 5th in the 200 meters, and 2nd in the 4x100 meters relay at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Placed 4th in the 4x400-meters relay at NCAA Outdoor Championships earnign All-American honors.
2017: Ran 22.51 for 200 meters, 36.10 for 300 meters and 49.78 for 400 meters indoors. Placed first in 4-by-400-meter relay, second in 200 and fourth in 400 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Competed at Division III Indoor Championships in 4x400 relay, placing third to earn All-America honors. Placed first in 4x400 at Grand Valley State Bob Eubanks Open, Cardinal Opener, Cardinal Classic and Wisconsin-Stevens Point Final Qualifier. Ran 22.46 for 200 meters and 49.35 for 400 meters outdoors.
2016: Ran 22.64 for 200 meters, 35.62 for 300 meters and 49.89 for 400 meters indoors. Qualified for NCAA Division III Indoor Championships in 4-by-400-meter relay, finishing fifth to earn All-America honors. Placed third in 200, sixth in 400 and third in 4-by-400-meter relay at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran on first-place 4-by-200-meter relay team at Squig Converse Invitational. Ran 22.07 for 200 meters and 48.28 for 400 meters outdoors. Placed third in 200 and fourth in 400 at CCIW Outdoor Championship. Won 400 at Chicagoland Outdoor Championship. Earned All-America honors in 4-by-400-meter relay by placing seventh at Division III Outdoor Championships.
2015: Ran 22.77 for 200 meters and 49.66 for 400 meters indoors. Placed first in 4-by-400-meter relay and second in 400 at Chicagoland Indoor Champonships. Finished second in 4-by-400 relay and third in 400 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Named CCIW Track Athlete of the Week on Feb. 3 as part of 4-by-400 relay team. Ran 22.39 for 200 meters and 49.70 for 400 meters outdoors. Placed third in 4-by-400-meter relay, fifth in 4-by-100-meter relay and sixth in 400 at CCIW Outdoor Championships.
