The Leadership, Ethics and Values Program at North Central College gives students a chance to learn how values relate to ethics, to one's leadership and ultimately to the world around you. Participating in athletics-based leadership development like the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee or Athletic Mentorship Program, students can complete their portfolio for a leadership concentration. The Leadership Concentration can be combined in a variety of ways to enhance your major area of study.

Leadership Concentration

Taking a concentration in either Leadership or Ethics is particularly appropriate for those majors and minors who do not have enough room in their course load to add an LEV minor. Both concentrations consist of a focused collection of academic courses, a co-curricular application in ethics or leadership along with the accrual of a thoughtful writing portfolio.
