Erik Dieckman '98 won the 1998 NCAA Division III Cross Country National Championship with a time of 24:58.27 on the 8K course. His title helped the Cardinals earn their second straight and 11th overall national championship. The team scored 106 points, and was helped by the All-American performances of Colin Young '00 and Tim McCoskey '01.
