Men's Basketball Faculty Mentors

 

Dr. Sue Lafferty, Lecturer in Leadership, Ethics, and Values, Director of the College Scholars Honors Program PhD, The Ohio State University  (Cultural Policy & Administration) MA, Indiana University (Arts & Business Administration) BA, Franklin College (American Studies) A member of the North Central faculty since 2022, Lafferty has been a faculty mentor for the men's basketball team since 2024. "Beyond the leadership value of sports, sports have been a way of life for my family and college athletics have served many of them. My daughter is a DII athlete, my father was a DI athlete, my brothers were DII athletes, plus DI, III nieces and nephews. I get the benefit sports bring to students’ lives, as well as the time commitments.  I am happy to be a campus advocate for student-athletes at NCC."
