About the Coach In addition to serving as head women's cross country coach, Mahesh Narayanan is in his tenth year as assistant women's track and field coach after serving as an assistant coach to Al Carius and the men's cross country and track and field programs.

Meeting in Res/Rec Center, this "learn-by-doing" clinic is for all skill levels, beginner to advanced, and focuses on event-specific training for track and field. Events include hurdles, long jump, high jump, shot put and more. 

Track and Field Clinic and Cardinal Cross Country Camp are both coach by Mahesh Narayanan.
