North Central College Cardinals

2013: Competed in seven races. Turned in two top-10 finishes, highlighted by a fourth-place showing (25:00.67) at the CCIW Championships as the Cardinals won their 40th straight conference title. Placed 18th at Midwest Region Championships and 33rd at Division III National Championships to earn All-America honors. Academic All-CCIW.

2012: Competed in five races, recording three top 10 finishes.  Finished 25th at the Midwest Regional (25:09) and 121st at the NCAA Division III Championships (25:50).  Placed sixth at the Aurora Invitational (25:58), ninth at the Notre Dame Invitational (24:58), and 10th at the Brooks Invitational (25:23).  Earned All-Midwest Region honors.

2011: Competed in six races, recording four top 30 finishes. Won the individual title at the season opening Elmhurst Invitational 6K (19:17) while placing 18th at the Illinois Intercollegiate Championships (25:02), 22nd at the CCIW Championships (26:31) and 79th at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional (26:36). Academic All-CCIW.

2010: Competed in seven races finishing in the top 30 in six of them including a 3rd place finish at the Elmhurst Invitational 6K (19:31), a 7th place finish at the CCIW Championships (24:42), and a 14th place finish at the UW-Oshkosh Invitational (24:54). Finished 18th at the NCAA Midwest Regional (24:39.3) and placed 109th at the NCAA National Championships (25:29.9). Named to the CCIW All-Conference team. NCAA Division III All-Midwest Region selection. Academic All-CCIW. USTFCCCA All-Academic team.

2009: Competed in just one race during the year, placing 69th at the Bradley Invitational (28:08), before sitting out as a medical redshirt.
