Home Post-event Reporting Procedures

The Athletics Communication office will make every effort to address your post-game needs.

• We make available full box scores for most sports as soon as possible after the game's conclusion.
• We will e-mail you packed game files as soon as possible following the game (on request).
• Opposing coaches and/or SIDs have access to on-campus communication tools, if needed, to report to their media outlets.
• We will make every effort to accommodate visiting broadcasters so long as notice is given to the Athletics Communication office at least 48 hours in advance.

Media Credential Policy
Media credentials may be issued to working members of the media representing recognized outlets whose primary function is news gathering or sports reporting. Eligible outlets include newspapers, websites, magazines, television, and radio. Credentials will not typically be issued to representatives of outlets that exist solely to distribute unoriginal or aggregated content. 

Freelance reporters or photographers will not be credentialed unless they are working under a specific assignment from a recognized media outlet. Credential applications must be submitted by the sports editor, sports director/producer, photo editor or participating institution representative. They will need to submit proof from an assigning editor or news/sports director as part of the media request.

Past credentialing does not guarantee future approval. Media members must request a new credential for each game, as credentials do not carry over from one event to the next. North Central College Athletics Communications has the final say on approving or denying any media request. All credential requests must be submitted to Nicholas Osterloo (ndosterloo@noctrl.edu) at least 48 hours before the competition. 

The competing institutions, CCIW and NCAA, get priority for any media credentials, seating in a press box, and access to student-athletes/coaches following competition.

Internet Access
Wireless internet access is available inside Gregory Arena, Benedetti-Wehrli Stadium, the Residence Hall/Recreation Center, and Zimmerman Stadium. Click HERE for instructions on accessing the NCC_Guest wireless network while on campus.

Logo Usage
Opposing schools and organizations may request official North Central Athletics logo files from any member of the athletics communication staff listed above. Please indicate if a specific format is needed.
