2014: Ran 4:09.79 for one mile, 8:10.40 and 14:06.73 for 5,000 meters indoors, posting North Central's fastest times of the season in each event. Won national titles in 3,000 and 5,000 at NCAA Division III Indoor Championships, becoming the first to win both titles at the same championship. Won mile at Squig Converse Invitational, 3,000 at Chicagoland Indoor Championships and 5,000 at Cardinal Opener. Won individual championship in 3,000 at CCIW Indoor Championships, setting new meet record (8:20.09). Also ran on first-place distance medley relay at CCIW Indoor Championships (10:11.62) and anchored DMR at UW-Stevens Point Eastbay/Pointer Invitational which posted the Cardinals' top time of the season in the event (9:57.34). Voted Co-Athlete of the Meet at CCIW Indoor Championships.
Ran 3:50.08 for 1,500 meters, 14:05.06 for 5,000 meters and 28:52.73 for 10,000 meters outdoors. Posted 10,000-meter personal best at Stanford (California) Invitational, clocking the second-fastest time in Division III history. 5,000-meter best came in second-place finish at Drake Relays. Also ran on second-place distance medley relay at Drake. Won 1,500 and 5,000 at CCIW Outdoor Championships, earning Co-Track Athlete of the Meet honors. Won 1,500 at Wheaton Twilight Meet and Gregory Invitational. Won 5,000 at Dr. Keeler Invitational. Won national title in 10,000 at Division III Outdoor Championships, becoming North Central's third four-time individual national champion, and earned All-America honors in the 5,000 with a second-place finish. CoSIDA Academic All-District and All-America and Academic All-CCIW.
2013: Ran 4:12.82 for one mile, 8:30.12 for 3,000 meters, 14.24.22 for 5,000 meters, and 9:58.89 in the distance medley relay indoors. Qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships in the 5,000m run (14:24.42). Outdoors, ran 3:54.87 for 1,500 meters, 14:12.80 for 5,000 meters, and 29:49.45 for 10,000 meters. Won NCAA Division III outdoor national championship in 5,000 and placed second in 10,000 to earn a second All-America certificate. Academic All-CCIW.
2012: Ran 2:02.41 for 800 meters, 4:18.10 for one mile, 15:12.75 for 5,000 meters, and 10:03.79 in the distance medley relay indoors. Qualified for the Division III Indoor National Championships in the distance medley relay. Achieved outdoor bests in 1,500 meter run (3:52.13), 14:24.15 for 5,000 meters, 30:56.25 for 10,000 meters. Qualified for Division III Outdoor Nationals in the 5,000 meter run. Placed 16th in 5,000 meters (14:54.30).
2011: Ran 2:00.73 for 800 meters and 4:19.31 for one mile indoors. Placed fifth in mile at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran 2:04.75 for 800 meters and 3:54.98 for 1,500 meters outdoors. Placed second in 1,500 at CCIW Outdoor Championships.
