Biography
2016: Competed in seven races for the Cardinals, claiming four individual championships, two top-five finishes, and one top-ten finish. Claimed his second CCIW Championship title to earn First-Team All-CCIW honors. Posted season-best time of 24:19.3 at the Midwest Region Championship, placing second. Competed at the Division III National Championship, placing 9th (24:34.3) to earn All-American honors.
2015: Competed in six races for the Cardinals, placing in the top-five in each and claiming three individual championships. Won the CCIW Championship with a time of 25:18.8 and earned First Team All-CCIW Honors. Placed 2nd at the Midwest Region Championship (23:59.9) and fourth at the Division III National Championship (24:26.9), earning All-American Honors.
2014: Competed in seven races for the Cardinals, finishing top-10 three times. Best finish came at the NCAA Pre-Nationals finishing 6th (24:05.12). Went on to also finish 6th at the CCIW Championship, along with a 44th place finish at the Division III National Championship.Â
2013: Competed in seven races this season, posting his best time (25:45.25) at the UW-Oshkosh Invitational.
