Biography
2017: Ran 2:00.93 for 800 meters, 4:19.78 for one mile, 8:25.04 for 3,000 meters and 15:10.71 for 5,000 meters indoors. Placed second in 3,000 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Competed at Division III Indoor Championships running 1,200-meter leg of distance medley relay, placing sixth to earn All-America honors. Placed first in DMR at Cardinal Classic.Ran 9:12.00 in 3,000-meter steeplechase outdoors. Placed fourth in steeplechase at CCIW Outdoor Championships and finished 19th in preliminary heats at Division III National Championship. Academic All-CCIW.
2016: Ran 9:13.39 for 3,000 meters indoors. Set outdoor personal bests in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the CCIW Outdoor Championship (9:02.64), placing second, and in the 1,500 meter run at the Gregory Invitational (3:56.68). Qualified for Division III National Championship in the 3,000 meter steeplechase, placing 13th. Academic All-CCIW.
2015: Ran 4:20.49 for one mile, 8:54.81 for 3,000 meters and 15:09.82 for 5,000 meters indoors. Placed first in 5,000 at Chicagoland Indoor Championships and seventh in mile at CCIW Championships. Ran 15:40.19 outdoors in the 5,000-meter run and a season best 9:14.82 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.Placed fourth at the CCIW Outdoor Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
2014: Ran 4:27.94 for one mile, 8:51.68 for 3,000 meters and 15:34.76 for 5,000 meters indoors. Ran 4:03.63 for 1,500 meters and and established a new North Central freshman record with a time of 9:15.60 for 3,000-meter steeplechase outdoors. Placed fourth in steeplechase at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Academic All-CCIW.
