Outdoor 10,000-Meter Run (30:27.01)

Colin Young '00 won the 10,000 meters in a time of 30:27.01 at the 2000 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships. His performance helped North Central score 52 points as a team and collect its fifth track and field national championship and 18th national title for the school (12 in men's cross country, one in women's basketball).

Young was also All-American in the 5,000 meters at that meet, as well as the 5,000 meters for the national indoor meet that year. Young was also a two-time All-American in cross country (1998, 1999).
