Jim Kulawiak

Jim Kulawiak was hired as the sixth head coach in the history of the North Central College softball program prior to the 1989 season.

In his 32 years at the helm, Kulawiak has cemented himself as one of the top coaches in NCAA Division III history, as his 860-386-3 record currently ranks 11th all-time among Division III coaches while ranking eighth among active coaches in victories.
