MIAMI, Fla. Trailing, 9-4, early in the contest, the Cardinals (6-3) scored 23 straight points over an eight-minute span to stay in front all day long, North Central owned a 41-25 rebounding advantage and shot above 50 percent from three-point range for the second straight day, sinking 53.3 percent (8 of 15) of its long-range attempts in the game.
