2018 Google Cloud Academic All-District Women's Volleyball Teams

Nov. 15, 2018 – North Central College women's volleyball's Reagan Raymer was named to the 2018 NCAA Division III Google Cloud Academic All-District Team, nominated and voted upon by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).

The Google Cloud Academic All-America program is designed to recognize student-athletes for combining academic and athletic success. In order to be eligible, nominees must have maintained a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.30 (on a 4.00 scale) in addition to their athletic credentials.

An actuarial science and mathematics double major, Raymer was named to the second team and was one of just 15 student-athletes selected in District Seven which includes Division III institutions in Illinois, Indiana and Ohio.  Raymer is the first women's volleyball selection for North Central since Stephanie Ryding '09 Zobac to earn the distinction, and one of just three from the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) represented.

Raymer was an academic All-CCIW selection in 2017 and ranked second on the team this season in kills (139) and third in digs (120), while playing in 75 total sets.

The recognition is the 50^th total Google Cloud CoSIDA Academic All-District award for North Central and the third overall for the women's volleyball program.
