2023 United Soccer Coaches' NCAA Division III Men's All-Region Teams
 
Nov. 29, 2023 - For the third consecutive year, the North Central College men's soccer team experienced multiple student-athletes on the United Soccer Coaches All-Region Team as Jacopo De Collibus and Aidan Westerberg were selected to the first team while Edoardo Bonifacio was named to the second team. In addition, Jack Fairwood was selected to the third team.
 
North Central has had 13 players selected to USC All-Region Teams since 2016.
 
De Collibus, a sophomore midfielder from Novara, Italy, earned his second All-Region honor after being selected to the first team. He scored five goals and recorded three assists while playing in 17 games for the Cardinals. He was named as a First-Team All-College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) honoree for two straight years.
 
Westerberg, a senior midfielder from Belvidere, Ill., received his second consecutive All-Region first-team honor after a historic season with the Cardinals. He led the team in goals (10) and a career-high of 11 assists. Westerberg holds the program record for career assist (21) after surpassing the previous record of 19 assists set in the 1986-1989 seasons by Stan Mietus. In 2022, he was named the CCIW Offensive Player of the Year. Westerberg was a 2023 First Team All-CCIW selection for the second year in a row and in 2020 was named to the Second Team All-CCIW.
 
Bonifacio, sophomore defender from Rome, Italy, started in all 20 games for the Cardinals. This season, he tied for third on the team in goals (6) and tallied one assist. He received Second Team All-CCIW honors this year and was a First Team All-CCIW recipient in 2022. Bonifacio collected his first All-Region honors after being named to the Second Team.
 
Fairwood, a senior midfielder from Carpentersville, Ill. picked up his first All-Region honors after being named to the third team. He was ranked fifth among the team with a career-high five goals, along with four assists. Fairwood was a First-Team All-CCIW selection after being named to the All-CCIW Second Team in 2022. He was named the CCIW Offensive Player of the Week on Oct. 10 after scoring the tying goal against Wheaton College in the last minute of the game.
 
North Central finished their season with a 15-3-2 record while claiming the CCIW Regular Season Title and making it into the NCAA Tournament for the third consecutive year.
