(Sept. 4, 2024)- After an impressive showing at the North Park Invitational last weekend, Aidan Armstrong has earned his first College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Student-Athlete of the Week Award. 

Armstrong placed second out of 66 competitors with a time of 15 minutes and 10 seconds. He was the Cardinals' top finisher in the North Park Invitational earning the team two points, allowing his team to come in first place of five teams, scoring 23 points as a team. 

Armstrong and the Cardinals will be back in action Sept. 6 for the NCCXC, hosted by North Central College at St. James Farm in Warrenville, with the race time set for 4 p.m.
