Sept. 29, 2025 - North Central College sophomore setter
Sarah Harvey has been named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin Setter of the Week for the second time this season, the league announced Monday. The honor follows a standout performance in which Harvey recorded 10 service aces in a single match.
The Cardinals opened the week with a 3-1 victory over No. 25 Carthage College, marking their first win against the Firebirds since 2001. At the Manchester Triangular, North Central defeated previously unbeaten Saint Mary's (Ind.) in five sets before falling to host Manchester University in another five-set battle.
Harvey totaled 133 assists over the week, leading the CCIW with an average of 9.50 per set. She also added 14 aces, 18 digs and three kills. Her 10 aces in one match rank as the second-highest single-match total in NCAA Division III this season. She previously earned the conference's weekly honor on Sept. 8.
North Central returns to action Wednesday, Oct. 8, at North Park University. First serve is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Carlson Gymnasium in Chicago, as the Cardinals look to remain unbeaten in CCIW play.
