2026 D3Baseball.com All-Americans

May 28, 2026 - Becoming the program's first All-American at second base, North Central College baseball player Jackson Bland was named to the D3baseball.com Fifth Team All-American list, the organization announced Thursday morning.

Bland, a junior, hit .357 with a team-high 1.152 OPS over 39 games. He scored 48 runs and drove in 43 with 30 walks, 11 doubles, eight home runs and seven triples while adding five stolen bases. He posted team-high single-game marks of six RBI against Elmhurst on May 2, four runs against Benedictine on April 9, four walks against Illinois Wesleyan on April 18 and two triples against Ripon on February 27. Defensively, he turned eight double plays and recorded a .972 fielding percentage on 72 chances.

Earlier this week, Bland earned First Team All-Region honors from both D3baseball.com and the American Baseball Coaches Association. He was also a College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin First Team selection and a D3baseball.com Team of the Week honoree on April 1.

Bland's selection marks the 30th All-American honor in program history. His 13 career triples rank fifth all-time, while his 26 hit by pitches are tied for 10th in school history.
