Academic All-CCIW List - Spring 2026
June 30, 2026 - The College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin has released its list of recipients of the Dave Wrath Academic All-CCIW Award for the 2026 spring season. The Cardinals also recognize their two Jack Swartz Academic All-Conference honorees, women's track and field's
Alivia Henkel and baseball's
Parker Wyatt.
North Central earned 119 Academic All-CCIW selections across nine spring sports. The Dave Wrath Academic All-Conference list includes student-athletes who achieved an overall grade-point average of 3.30 or higher and completed at least one year in residency at their institution.
The CCIW also announced the recipients of the Jack Swartz Academic All-Conference Award. Each member institution selects one men's and one women's student-athlete from each of the three sports seasons to be honored. To qualify, an individual must hold a cumulative grade-point average of 3.50 or higher and complete at least one year in residency.
Henkel won the 400-meter hurdles at the 2026 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field National Championships with a program and CCIW record time of 58.65. The performance ranks fifth in Division III history. The applied chemistry major also won the CCIW Outdoor Championships in the 400m hurdles and the 4x400-meter relay.
Wyatt earned First Team All-CCIW honors along with two All-Region accolades this spring. He led the Cardinals with 59 hits, 17 doubles, 58 RBIs and 106 total bases. He hit .369 with 46 runs, 20 walks, eight home runs and three triples for a 1.112 OPS. The finance major recorded at least one hit in 31 of 40 games and finished with a team-best 13 multi-RBI performances.
