2018: Turned in season bests of 22.63 for 200 meters and 35.17 for 300 meters indoors and tied North Central indoor record of 48.01 for 400 meters. Placed first in 400 and 4x400-meter relay and third in 200 at CCIW Indoor Championships, earning Track Athlete of the Meet honors. Placed second in 4x400 relay, establishing new indoor school record of 3:14.48, and third in 400 at NCAA Indoor Championships, earning All-America accolades in both events. Ran a season bests of 51.95 in the 400 hurdles, 41.48 in the 4x100 relay and 3:11.26 in the 4x400 relay outdoors. Placed second in the 400 hurdles, 4x100 and 4x400 at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Placed eighth in the 400 hurdles and fourth in the 4x400 at NCAA Outdoor Championships earning All-America honors in both events. Academic All-CCIW. CCIW Jack Swartz Academic All-Conference Award winner for outdoor season. USTFCCCA All-Academic selection. Inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma (National College Athlete Honor Society).
2017: Ran 22.93 for 200 meters, 35.29 for 300 meters, 49.50 for 400 meters and 9.05 for 60-meter hurdles indoors. Placed first in 4-by-400-meter relay and second in 400 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Competed at Division III Indoor Championships in 4x400 relay, placing third to earn All-America honors. Won 300 at Grand Valley State Bob Eubanks Open, 400 at Cardinal Opener and Olivet Nazarene Invitational, and distance medley relay at Cardinal Classic. Placed first in 4x400 relay at Bob Eubanks Open, Cardinal Opener, Cardinal Classic and Wisconsin-Stevens Point Final Qualifier. Ran 51.78 for 400-meter hurdles outdoors, placing first at the Washington Invitational, Wheaton Invitational, Benedictine Invitational, Augustana Meet of Champions and the CCIW Outdoor Championships. Placed fourth at Division III Outdoor Championships in 400 hurdles earn All-America honors. Academic All-CCIW.
2016: Ran 23.63 for 200 meters, 49.76 for 400 meters and 8.79 for 60-meter hurdles indoors.
Qualified for NCAA Division III Indoor Championships in 4-by-400-meter relay, finishing fifth to earn All-America honors. Established new North Central freshman record at 300 meters (35.77) at Grand Valley State Bob Eubanks Open. Finished fifth in 400 and third in 4-by-400-meter relay at CCIW Indoor Championships.
Ran on first-place 4-by-200-meter relay team at Squig Converse Invitational.
Ran 15.95 for 110-meter hurdles and 53.58 for 400-meter hurdles outdoors. Placed second in 400 hurdles and fourth in 110 hurdles at CCIW Outdoor Championship. Earned All-America honors with seventh-place finish in 4-by-400-meter relay at Division III Outdoor Championships. Placed first in 400 hurdles and 4-by-400 relay at Chicagoland Outdoor Championships. Also won 400 hurdles at Dr. Keeler Invitational. Academic All-CCIW.
