- Ran 1:56.14 for 800 meters and 4:09.10 for one mile indoors
- Moved up to No. 3 in program history in mile
- Posted fastest mile time among all Division III athletes
- Ran 1:51.67 for 800 meters and 3:46.63 for 1,500 meters outdoors
- Moved up to No. 2 in program history in 1,500
- Placed first in 1,500 and second in 800 and 4x400-meter relay at CCIW Outdoor Championship
- Won individual national title in 1,500 at Division III Outdoor Championship
- The fourth outdoor mile/1,500 national championship in the program's history and the first since 2000
- CoSIDA Academic All-District and First Team All-America selection
2020
- Ran 4:13.10 for one mile, 8:35.38 for 3,000 meters and 14:34.72 for 5,000 meters indoors
- Named CCIW Track Athlete of the Week as part of distance medley relay team Feb. 25
- Placed first in mile and distance medley relay at CCIW Indoor Championship
- Qualified for NCAA III Indoor Championship and earned All-America honors in 5,000 and distance medley relay
2019
- Ran 1:55.96 for 800 meters, 4:03.19 for 1,500 meters and 14:55.92 for 5,000 meters outdoors
- Ran 4:12.58 for one mile and 15:01.62 for 5,000 meters indoors
- Mile time ranks seventh in North Central history
- Ran on first-place distance medley relay team at CCIW Indoor Championship
- Qualified for finals in mile at Division III Indoor Championship, placing 10th
2018: Ran 4:28.08 for one mile and 8:40.37 for 3,000 meters indoors. Placed third in distance medley relay at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran 4:04.72 in 1,500 meters, 15:53.58 in the 5,000 meters, and 9:55.71 in the 3,000 meters steeplechase.
