Biography
2009: Finished sixth at the NCAA III National Championships (25:37), earning All-American accolades and helping the Cardinals to their 13th National Title... Competed in seven races during the year, finishing among the top 10 in six of them... Finished runner-up at the NCAA Midwest Regional (24:23) after finishing sixth and earning All-CCIW honors at the CCIW Championships (26:59) on Oct. 31.
2008: Finished 18th at the NCAA III Midwest Regional (25:16) and 66th at the National Championships (25:21).
2007-08: Finished first for the team and third overall at the CCIW Cross Country Championships... Finished sixth for the team and 156th overall at the NCAA III Cross Country Championships... Placed fourth in the Mile and eighth in the 800m at the CCIW Indoor Championships... Eighth in the 3,000m steeplechase and fourth in the 1,500m at the CCIW Outdoor Championships.
2006-07: Competed at the NCAA III Outdoor Championships, placing 13th overall in the 1,500 meters... Second in the 3,000 meters at the CCIW Indoor Championships... Freshman Record Holder in the Indoor 3,000m (8:38.00)... Sixth in the 1,500 meters at CCIW Outdoor Championships.
Personal: Majoring in business management with a minors in finance, sociology, and music.
