Biography
2009: Earned All-American honors for the second straight season, placing 13th at the NCAA III National Championships (25:46) and helping the team claim its 13th national title... Ran in eight races during the season, finishing among the top 10 in all but two of them... Finished fourth at the prestigious Notre Dame Invitational (24:49), earning CCIW Runner of the Week accolades for his efforts... Earned All-CCIW honors after placing ninth at the CCIW Championships (27:12) while placing seventh at the Midwest Regional (24:41).
2008: Earned All-American honors in cross country, placing 32nd at the National Championships (24:58)... Finished fifth at the CCIW Championships (25:24), earning All-CCIW honors, and placed eighth at the Midwest Regional (25:04). Academic All-CCIW.
2007-08: Finished sixth for the team and 12th overall at the CCIW Championships... Finished third for the team and 119th overall at the NCAA III National Championships.
2006-07: CCIW Cross Country Athlete of the Year after winning the conference title in 25:22... first for the team and sixth overall at the NCAA III Midwest Region to earn all-regional honors... posted season-best time of 24:59 at the regional... third for the team and 82nd overall at the NCAA III Championships to help the Cardinals place 13th as a team.
2005-06: Part of the distance medley relay that was third at CCIW Indoors.
