2010: Ran 1:53.79 for 800 meters and 4:20.54 for the mile indoors... Won CCIW Indoor Championships in the 800 (1:53.79) and the distance medley relay (10:09.53), establishing new conference meet records in both events...  Qualified for Division III Indoor National Championships in 800... Ran 1:54.16 for 800 meters and 3:51.43 for 1500 meters...CCIW outdoor champion in the 800 and 1500 meters...Placed 10th in 1500 at Division III Outdoor National Championships... 

2009: CCIW indoor champion in the 800m... Second in the 800m and fourth in the 1,500m at the CCIW Outdoor Championships

2008: Second in the 800m at the CCIW Indoor Championships... Second in the 800m and 12th in the 1,500m at the CCIW Outdoor Championships... Drake Relays Champion...

2007: Took third in the 800m and fifth as part of the distance medley relay team at the CCIW Indoor Championships... fourth in the 800m and third in the 1,500m at CCIW Outdoors... Drake Relays champion as part of the 3,200-meter relay...
