Biography
2013: Ran 22.27 for 200 meters, 49.81 for 400 meters, 1:30.05 in the 4x200m relay, 3:18.87 in the 4x400m relay, and 10:29.84 in the distance medley. Qualified for the Division III Championships in the 4x400m relay (3:18.87). Outdoors, achieved 22.47 for 200 meters. Placed seventh in 200 and second in 4x100m relay at CCIW Outdoor Championships.
2011: Ran 6.82 for 55 meters, 7.31 for 60 meters, 23.23 for 200 meters and 52.79 for 400 meters indoors. Placed second at CCIW Indoor Championships in distance medley relay. Ran 11.64 for 100 meters outdoors.
2010: Ran 6.73 for 55 meters, 22.66 for 200 meters and 51.31 for 400 meters. Placed second at CCIW Indoor Championships in the 4x400-meter relay and third in the 200. Qualified for NCAA Division III Indoor National Championships in the 4x400 relay, winning the national championship and claiming All-America honors in the event. Ran 10.90 for 100 meters and 21.78 for 200 meters outdoors. Established new North Central freshman record in 100. Hit the automatic qualifying mark in the 4x400-meter relay at the Drake Relays, placing fifth. Placed sixth in the 100 and fifth in the 200 at the CCIW Outdoor Championships.
