North Central College Cardinals

2011: Achieved indoor season bests of 8.50 (55-meter hurdles), 9.15 (60-meter hurdles), 5'3 3/4' (high jump), 17'2 3/4" (long jump) and 3,186 points (pentathlon). Provisionally qualified for Division III Indoor Championships in 55-meter hurdles and pentathlon. Won 55-meter hurdles and placed second in high jump, third in pentathlon and sixth in long jump at CCIW Indoor Championships. Posted outdoor season bests of 14.96 (100-meter hurdles), 5'5' (high jump) and 17'2 3/4" (long jump). Provisionally qualified for Division III Outdoor Championships in 100-meter hurdles and high jump. Won 100-meter hurdles and placed third in 4x100-meter relay and fifth in long jump and high jump at CCIW Outdoor Championships.

2010: Achieved indoor season bests of 8.66 (55-meter hurdles), 4'11.5" (high jump), 17'3.75" (long jump) and 3,142 points (pentathlon). Placed second in the pentathlon, third in the 55-meter hurdles, fifth in the long jump and eighth in the high jump at CCIW Indoor Championships. Established new school record and qualified for NCAA Division III Indoor Championships in pentathlon, finishing 12th at the national meet. Posted outdoor season bests of 15.02 (100-meter hurdles), 4'11" (high jump), 17'10.5" (long jump), and 4,215 points (heptathlon). Established new North Central record in heptathlon and moved into sixth place all-time in long jump. Placed second in the heptathlon, fourth in the 100-meter hurdles, fourth in the long jump, and seventh in the high jump at the CCIW Outdoor Championships. Provisionally qualified for Division III Outdoor Championships in the heptathlon. Academic All-CCIW and USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.

2009: National qualifier in the pentathlon, finishing 10th at NCAA Indoors with a school record 3,154 points... Won the inaugural pentathlon title at CCIW Indoors while also recording third place finishes in the long jump (17-04.75), 55 hurdles (8.73) and a fourth place showing in the high jump (5-01.75)... Finished fifth in the 100 hurdles (15.80) and long jump (17-04.25) at CCIW Outdoors while also placing  seventh in the high jump (4-11.50) and third in the heptathlon (3,864)... Won the 55 hurdles at the season opening Private College Invitational on Jan. 17 while opening up the outdoor season with a win in the long jump at the First Chance Invitational on April 4... Named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

2008: National Qualifier in both 55 and 100-meter hurdles... Placed third in 55-meter hurdles and long jump at CCIW Indoors... Placed third in 100-meter hurdles and fifth in long jump at CCIW Outdoors... named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
