North Central College Cardinals

2011: Ran 25.86 for 200 meters, 56.64 for 400 meters and 2:16.49 for 800 meters indoors. Established North Central indoor records in 400 and 4x400-meter relay. Competed at Division III Indoor Championships in 4x400 relay, placing third to earn All-America honors, and in 400, placing ninth. Provisionally qualified for Division III Indoor Championships in 800. Placed first in 400, second in distance medley relay and fifth in 200 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran 55.52 for 400 meters and 1:04.42 for 400-meter hurdles outdoors. Finished fourth in 4x400-meter relay at Division III Outdoor Championships in North Central-record time (3:46.08) and also placed fourth in 400 to earn All-America honors in both events. Won 400-meter dash and placed third in 400-meter hurdles and fifth in 4x400 relay at CCIW Outdoor Championships.

2010: Ran 27.18 for 200 meters, 1:00.28 for 400 meters and 2:24.29 for 800 meters indoors. Placed second in the 4x400-meter relay, fifth in the distance medley relay and eighth in the 400 at the CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran 26.77 for 200 meters, 59.06 for 400 meters and 1:08.30 for 400-meter hurdles outdoors. Placed fourth in the 400-meter dash and fifth in the 400-meter hurdles at the CCIW Outdoor Championships. Ran on 4x400-meter relay team which provisionally qualified for Division III Outdoor Championships (3:55.71). USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.

2009: Placed third in the 400 and ninth in the 200 (26.80) at CCIW Indoors... Finished fifth in the 400 and fourth in the 400 hurdles at CCIW Outdoors... Provisionally qualified for nationals during the indoor season as a member of the 4x400 relay team... Was a member of the conference champion 4x400 relay team at the outdoor championships... Won the 400 at the Private College Invitational on Jan. 17 to open up the indoor season while winning the 800 at the Chicago Duals on Jan. 31 and the Chicagoland Championships (2:23.20) on Feb. 13.

2008: Placed fourth in 800 meters at CCIW Indoors... placed fifth in 400 meters at CCIW Outdoors...Finished second at CCIW Indoors and fourth at CCIW Outdoors on 4x400 relay team...Finished third on the 4x200 relay team at CCIW Indoors...Helped break freshman school record in the 4x400 relay.
