Biography

2011: Started at defensive end. Recorded 29 tackles (19 solo), including 9.5 tackles for loss and 6.5 quarterback sacks, forced a fumble and recovered a fumble. Ranked fourth in the CCIW in sacks and 10th in tackles for loss. Recorded season-high seven tackles at Carthage, earning CCIW Defensive Player of the Week honors. First Team All-CCIW. Academic All-CCIW.

2010: Started at defensive end, recording 35 tackles (21 solo). Tied for first in the CCIW in tackles for loss (13) and ranked second in the CCIW and 18th in the nation in quarterback sacks (10.5). Also broke up two passes and recovered a fumble. Was named to D3football.com Team of the Week following Sept. 25 win over Wis.-Eau Claire. First Team All-CCIW and Third Team All-North Region.

2009: Started at inside linebacker, leading the Cardinals in tackles with 59. Recorded four tackles for loss, 1.5 quarterback sacks, intercepting one pass and breaking up four others. Recovered three fumbles, returning two for touchdowns against Millikin and North Park. Was named to D3football.com Team of the Week following the Cardinals' win at Millikin.

2008: Played as a backup at inside linebacker and on special teams... made 15 tackles (11 solo), including 1.5 tackles for loss... forced two fumbles, returning one 23 yards.
