2014: Ran 1:57.99 for 800 meters indoors. Placed first in 800 at Cardinal Opener and ran on first-place distance medley relay at Chicagoland Indoor Championships (10:20.16). Placed third in 4-by-400-meter relay at CCIW Indoor Championships (3:22.52).
2013: Ran 1:23.33 for 600 meters, 1:54.46 for 800 meters, 3:19.05 in the 4x400 meter relay, and 9:58.89 in the distance medley relay. Finished second in the 4x400 meter relay (3:21.38) and finished first in the distance medley relay (9:58.89) at the CCIW Indoor Championships. Outdoors, ran 1:53.15 for 800 meters. Placed second in 4x400 relay and fourth in 800 at CCIW Outdoor Championships.
2012: Ran 50.70 for 400 meters, 1:55.89 for 800 meters, 10:20.37 in the Distance Medley Relay, and 3:18.18 in the 4x400 meter relay indoors, placing fourth in the 800 and first in the 4x400 relay at the CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran 3:10.99 in the 4x400 meter relay outdoors, placing third at the Division III Outdoor Championships to earn All-America honors. Also ran 50.78 for 400 meters and 1:53.69 for 800 meters outdoors, placing fourth at the CCIW Outdoor Championships in the 800.
2011: Ran 53.94 for 400 meters and 1:58.82 for 800 meters indoors. Ran 1:55.26 for 800 meters outdoors.
