North Central College Cardinals

2015: Ran 8:29.50 for 3,000 meters and 14:37.34 for 5,000 meters indoors. USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.

2014: Ran 4:18.43 for one mile, 8:20.07 for 3,000 meters and 14:33.45 for 5,000 meters indoors. Placed first in 5,000 and fourth in mile at CCIW Indoor Championships. Finished first in mile at Cardinal Classic. Qualified for NCAA Division III Indoor Championships in two events, placing ninth in 3,000 and 13th in 5,000. Jack Swartz Academic All-CCIW honoree for winter season. Ran 3:55.51 for 1,500 meters, 14:14.19 for 5,000 meters and 29:55.57 for 10,000 meters outdoors. Placed third in 10,000 at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Won 5,000 at Wheaton Twilight and placed third in 5,000 at Drake Relays. Earned All-America honors with a third-place finish in 10,000 at Division III Outdoor Championships, where he also placed 11th in the 5,000.

2013: Ran 4:25.00 for one mile, 8:39.34 for 3,000 meters, and 15:07.18 for 5,000 meters indoors.  Outdoors, ran 4:10.62 for 1,500 meters, 8:40.12 for 3,000 meters, 15:13.30 for 5,000 meters, 30:53.10 for 10,000 meters. Placed fourth in 10,000 at CCIW Outdoor Championships.  Academic All-CCIW.
