2014: Ran 4:23.14 for one mile, 8:26.19 for 3,000 meters and 14:34.76 for 5,000 meters indoors. Placed third in 5,000 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran on winning distance medley relay team at Squig Converse Invitational (10:26.81). Competed at NCAA Division III Indoor Championships in 5,000, placing 10th. Ran 3:59.71 for 1,500 meters and 9:10.65 for 3,000-meter steeplechase outdoors. Placed third in steeplechase and seventh in 1,500 at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Won steeplechase at Chicagoland Outdoor Championships and Wheaton Twilight Meet. Qualified for Division III Outdoor Championships in steeplechase, placing 17th in preliminary heats.
2013: Ran 2:40.48 for 1,000 meters, 4:32.81 for one mile, 8:44.52 for 3,000 meters and 14:52.39 for 5,000 meters indoors. Placed sixth (15:13.12) in the 5,000 meter run at the CCIW Indoor Championships. Outdoors, ran 4:15.23 for 1,500 meters, 9:52.70 for 3,000-meter steeplechase, 15:28.72 for 5,000 meters and 32:03.62 for 10,000 meters.
2012: Ran 4:29.77 for one mile, 8:49.19 for 3,000 meters and 15:14.72 for 5,000 meters indoors. Ran 4:06.78 for 1,500 meters, 9:29.78 for 3,000-meter steeplechase and 15:02.90 for 5,000 meters outdoors. Placed eighth in steeplechase at CCIW Outdoor Championships.
2011: Ran 2:06.73 for 800 meters, 4:31.64 for one mile, 9:00.46 for 3,000 meters and 15:41.11 for 5,000 meters indoors. Ran 9:52.27 for 3,000-meter steeplechase outdoors before sitting out due to injury.
