North Central College Cardinals

2015: Ran 8:15.42 for 3,000 meters and 14:23.94 for 5,000 meters indoors. Won national title in 5,000 and placed fourth in 3,000 at NCAA Division III Indoor Championships, earning All-America honors in both events. Won 3,000 at CCIW Indoor Championships and placed third at Chicagoland Indoor Championships. Ran 14:31.91 for 5,000 meters and 30:10.62 for 10,000 meters outdoors. Placed sixth in 10,000 at NCAA Outdoor Championships to earn All-America honors and placed 16th overall in 5,000. Finished second in 5,000 and third in 10,000 at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Won 10,000 at Wheaton Invitational. Academic All-CCIW and USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.

2014: Ran 4:15.24 for one mile and 8:21.89 for 3,000 meters indoors. Placed second in 3,000 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Ran on first-place distance medley relay at Cardinal Opener (10:14.15) and ran on North Central's fastest distance medley relay of the season (9:57.34) at UW-Stevens Point Eastbay/Pointer Invitational. Competed at NCAA Division III Indoor Championships in two events, earning All-America honors with an eighth-place finish in the distance medley relay and placing 12th in 3,000. Ran 14:58.34 for 5,000 meters and 30:28.78 for 10,000 meters outdoors.

Placed fourth in 5,000 at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Placed 17th in Drake Relays 10,000. Won 5,000 at Wheaton Invitational. Qualfied for Division III Outdoor Championships in 10,000, placing 17th. Academic All-CCIW.

2013: Ran 4:22.08 for one mile and 8:43.66 for 3,000 meters indoors.  Outdoors, ran 4:00.86 for 1,500 meters, 14:52.00 for 5,000 meters, and 30:26.43 for 10,000 meters.Placed fourth in 5,000 at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Qualified for Division III Outdoor National Championships in 10,000, placing 19th.
