North Central College Cardinals

2018: Ran 4:20.38 for one mile, 8:29.24 for 3,000 meters and 14:29.09 for 5,000 meters indoors. Placed second in 3,000 at CCIW Indoor Championships.  Finished seventh in 5,000 at NCAA Indoor Championships to earn All-America honors. Ran 3:57.88 in the 1,500 meters, 14:34.43 in the 5,00 meters, and 9:07.78 in the 3,000 meters steeplechase outdoors. Placed 5th in the 1,500 meters and 1st in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at CCIW Outdoor Conference. Placed 9th at NCAA Outdoor Championships. 

2017: Ran 4:25.71 for one mile, 8:57.85 for 3,000 meters and 15:04.88 for 5,000 meters indoors. Placed third in 5,000 at CCIW Indoor Championships. Won 5,000 at Cardinal Classic. Ran 4:11.63 for 1,500 meters and 9:13.81 for 3,000-meter steeplechase outdoors. Placed third in steeplechase at CCIW Outdoor Championships.

2016: Ran 8:47.22 for 3,000 meters and 14:57.73 for 5,000 meters indoors. Placed third at Chicagoland Indoor Championships and sixth at CCIW Indoor Championships in 5,000. Ran 3:56.25 for 1,500 meters and 9:07.60 for 3,000-meter steeplechase outdoors. Placed fourth in steeplechase and fifth in 1,500 at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Qualified for Division III Outdoor Championships in steeplechase, placing 18th. Academic All-CCIW.

2015: Ran 4:31.72 for one mile, 8:54.70 for 3,000 meters and 15:15.42 for 5,000 meters indoors. Placed fifth in 5,000 at Chicagoland Indoor Championships. Ran 9:34.86 for 3,000-meter steeplechase outdoors, placing fifth at CCIW Outdoor Championships. Academic All-CCIW.
