The third-annual Division III Cross-Country championship was held on November 15, 1975 in Franklin Park, Boston, Massachusetts. North Central finished with a collective team score of 91, trailed by runner-up Occidental College (California) and third-place Brandeis University (Massachusetts). 

Bruce Fischer was the first Cardinal to finish the race from North Central, individually claiming the fourth-place slot  with a time of 24:29. He was followed by Jim Mitchell in 13th (24:49), Scott Gyssler in 18th (24:52), Robert Patrick in 31st (25:11), Jon Macnider in 42nd (25:20), Ron Piro in 54th (25:31) and Dave Hartman in 58th (25:33).Â
