Merner Field House is home to the Cardinals' men's and women's basketball, men's and women's volleyball, men's and women's swimming, and men's and women's wrestling teams, with 2,420 seats in Gregory Arena for the basketball, volleyball and wrestling teams. The court was re-finished in the summer of 2021. North Central has hosted the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Basketball Tournament on numerous occasions, the men's volleyball CCIW and NCAA Regional Tournament in 2023, and the CCIW and NCWWC Regional Wrestling Tournaments multiple times.

On the second floor of Merner Field House is Nichols Gymnasium, which is the practice facility for the wrestling team. The College’s swimming pool is located on the first floor of the Field House.
