1998 West Regional

  
  The Cardinals qualified for the 1998 West Regional by virtue of winning the CCIW Tournament. At the regional, North Central finished third with a 2-2 record. The Cardinals two losses came at the hands of UW-Eau Claire while picking up wins over conference-rival Carthage and UW-Whitewater.
