Directions: Al B. Carius Track is located within the North Central College Residence Hall/Recreation Center on the south end of campus, on the east side of the athletic complex. Please click

Parking: Spectator parking will be available in the lot in front of Merner Field House (adjacent to the Res-Rec Center) and on the streets.
Meals/Lodging: Ideal options for hotels and restaurants may be found by visiting the City of Naperville Visitors Center website at
www.visitnaperville.com.
Results: Will be posted on the northwest wall of the facility as events are completed. Results will also be posted at
northcentralcardinals.com throughout the competition. Coaches should review event results - all results will be FINAL upon the conclusion of the meet.
Entry Procedure: Entries will be done online ONLY. Please do not fax or call with entries. Entries are to be done at
www.pttiming.com.
Online Entry Procedure: Please use verifiable marks (TFRRS database). Use 0.0 for any "no marks" or "no time" performances. Additions/changes may not be made after entries are closed.
Entry Fee: $150 for men's team. $150 for women's team. $20 per individual (not to exceed $150 per team/gender). Cash or institutional check-payable to
North Central College. No personal checks.
Entry Deadline: Thursday, February 17, 2011 at 6:01 p.m.
Weigh-In: All implements must be weighed prior to competition @ competition venue. Illegal implements will be impounded - pick up after event ends.
Finals: Field events - nine advance to finals; 60-meters/60-meter hurdles- eight advance to finals.
Scoring: Individuals: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1. Relays: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (one relay per institution shall score)

Men's Shot Put (immediately folllowing women's weight throw)
Shot Put (women- center ring)
Pole Vault (men followed by women)
Long Jump (men and women simultaneously)
Triple Jump (immediately following long jump; men and women simultaneously)
High Jump (men first - women to follow)
Running Events (men followed by women, fast sections first)
5:15 p.m. - Distance Medley Relay
5:30 p.m. - 60-Meter Hurdle Trials
5:55 p.m. - 60-Meter Dash Trials
6:25 p.m. - 3,000-Meter Run
6:50 p.m. - 60-Meter Hurdle Finals (women first)
7:00 p.m. - 60-Meter Dash Finals
7:10 p.m. - Mile Run
7:50 p.m. - 400-Meter Run
8:20 p.m. - 800-Meter Run
8:45 p.m. - 200-Meter Dash
9:25 p.m. - 5,000-Meter Run
9:55 p.m. - 4x400-Meter Relay
