2010 Greencastle Regional

The Cardinals qualified for the NCAA Tournament as an at-large selection, earning the No. 4 seed at the Greencastle Regional hosted by DePauw University. North Central defeated fifth-seeded Trine University (Ind.), 8-6, in the opener on May 13 before falling, 4-3, to top-seeded Ohio Northern University on May 14 and 5-0 to third-seeded Washington University in Saint Louis on May 15.
