Directions: Al B. Carius Track is located within the North Central College Residence Hall/Recreation Center on the south end of campus, on the east side of the athletic complex. Please click here to access our campus map and here for directions to campus.

Parking: Spectator parking will be available in the lot in front of Merner Field House (adjacent to the Res-Rec Center) and on the streets.

Meals/Lodging: Ideal options for hotels and restaurants may be found by visiting the City of Naperville Visitors Center website at www.visitnaperville.com.

Results: Will be posted on the northwest wall of the facility as events are completed. Results will also be posted at  northcentralcardinals.com throughout the competition. Coaches should review event results - all results will be FINAL upon the conclusion of the meet.

Teams: Chicagoland collegiate teams only - no unattached entries.

Entry Procedure: Entries will be done online ONLY - Please do not fax or call with entries. All Entries will be entered at http://www.pttiming.com.

Online Entry Procedure: Verifiable marks from 2010 or 2011 indoor performances. Enter 0.0 for any "no measure" or "no time" performances. Additions/changes may not be made after entries are closed. One relay per institution ("A" relays). Each team is allowed 6 entries per event.

Entry Fee: $200 for Men's team or $25 per individual (not to exceed $200 per team/gender). Cash or institutional check- payable to North Central College; no personal checks.

Entry Deadline: Wednesday, February 9, 2011 @12:01 p.m. Challenge period will be from Wednesday, February 9th @ 3pm to Thursday, February 10th @ 12:01pm (additions may not be made after deadline; scratches may be sent).

Weigh-In: All implements must be weighed prior to competition at the competition venue. Illegal implements will be impounded and can be picked up after the event concludes. Weigh-In Time: 11:00 a.m.-11:45 a.m.

Running Event Finals: 60m/60m hurdles - 8 advance to finals.

Field Events: 9 advance to finals for long jump, triple jump, shot put and weight throw.

Opening Heights: Pole Vault - 3.35m. High Jump - 1.66m.

Minimal Marks (all rounds): Shot Put - 12m. Weight Throw - 12m.

Scoring: Individuals & Relays: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1.

Spikes: 1/4-inch exposed; Clerk will check spike length prior to competition.

The infield will be reserved for athletes to warm-up and check-in only. Team camps, non-competitors should be in the stands or designated areas. Fans and athletes are restricted from making camps, throwing footballs, basketballs, frisbees or objects in the infield. Entrances will be restricted through the fieldhouse doors. Extra traffic becomes a distraction and creates an unsafe environment for competitors and meet management. Food and beverages will be restricted to certain areas. Please enforce this with your coaching staff, athletes and families. Teams are responsible for recovering their camp areas (i.e. implements, uniforms, garbage, etc.) Your cooperation is appreciated.
