The purpose of the Be the Change social media campaign is to educate, learn, and create dialogue in order to ensure the voices of our minority student-athletes are heard while creating a culture where open discussions of race, gender and sexual orientation are encouraged to provide a more diverse, equitable and inclusive environment in the North Central College athletics community.
