North Central College Cardinals

2015: Appeared and started in 10 games on the mound for the Cardinals. Held a 3-3 record with a 3.39 earned-run average. Struck out a team-leading 68 batters over his 69 total innings, for third overall in the CCIW. Named CCIW Pitcher of the Week for the week of Apr. 14-20. Finished first in pitching career rankings of games started (38), strikeouts (238), and innings pitched (259.1). Also finished third in earned-run average (3.02), tied for sixth in career shutouts (2) and seventh in career wins (15). Second Team All-CCIW. Finished as only the second player in program history as a four-year All-CCIW player.

2014: Appeared and started in 10 games for the Cardinals. Held a record of 6-3 with a 3.17 earned-run average. Tied for the team lead in wins with six. Recorded 75 strikeouts for second in the CCIW. Gave up only 14 walks in 71 innings pitched. Named CCIW Pitcher of the Week for the week of Apr. 22-28. Second Team All-CCIW. ABCA/Rawlings Second Team All-Central Region.

2013: Appeared in 10 games on the mound, starting nine of them.  Held a 3-2 record with a 2.27 earned-run average, sixth best in program history.  His 65 strikeouts rank him fifth on the single season strikeout list.  Gave up only 18 walks in 63 1/3 innings pitched.  Named CCIW Pitcher of the Week Mar. 5. Second Team All-CCIW.
2012: Made 10 pitching appearances, including nine starts. Went 3-1 with a 3.21 earned-run average and 30 strikeouts in 56 innings. Also started 12 games at designated hitter and three at catcher. Batted .237 with four doubles, one triple, one home run, seven runs batted in and 11 runs scored. Voted Second Team All-CCIW as utility player.
