Michael Duckhorn joined the Cardinal coaching staff prior to the 2023 season.

Most recently, Duckhorn coached baseball for Hinsdale South High School from 2019-2022. Before that, he was the owner/operator of Ducky World Baseball Training Center in Villa Park, Illinois. Duckhorn founded and managed the baseball training facility for children and young adults.

Duckhorn attended Lubbock Christian University in Texas. He now resides in Orland Park.
