Emonte Logan '18/M '20 joined the North Central College coaching staff prior to the 2018-2019 academic year as a graduate assistant coach for the Cardinals' football program, and continues to serve as a coach for defensive linemen.
A three-year letter winner and two-year starter at defensive tackle for the Cardinals, Logan was a two-time All-College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) selection, earning Second Team honors in 2016 and First Team accolades in 2017. He also earned a spot on the D3football.com All-North Region Second Team as a senior.
Logan also earned three varsity letters as part of the North Central men's wrestling program, compiling a record of 41-13. He went 15-4 in the 285-pound weight class as a senior, winning an individual championship at the prestigious Wheaton College Pete Willson Invitational before placing second at the CCIW Championships and fourth at the NCAA Division III Lower Midwest Region Championships.
A native of Oak Park, Illinois, Logan graduated from North Central with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and a master's degree in leadership studies, with an emphasis in sports leadership.
