Luke Foster joined the North Central College coaching staff prior to the 2023 season as a graduate assistant coach working with the Cardinals' offensive unit.
Foster comes to North Central from the University of Iowa, where he served as a player personnel assistant for the Hawkeyes from 2018-2020 and as an offensive assistant with quarterbacks and running backs from 2020-2022. Foster's responsibilities included practice preparation, video review, scouting/personnel reports, signal calling and on-field coaching.
Foster graduated from Iowa in December 2022 with a bachelor's degree in sports and recreation management and is pursuing an MBA degree in financial management at North Central.
