Biography

2018:
  • Played in 10 games at safety
  • Ranked fifth on the team with 40 tackles (29 solo), including 4.5 tackles for loss and one quarterback sack, and broke up three passes
  • Returned 13 punts for 116 yards (8.9 yards per return)
  • Recorded season-high eight tackles Nov. 3 in 38-20 win at Illinois Wesleyan
  • Blocked extra-point attempt in second-round playoff game vs. Bethel
2017: Started all 12 games, playing safety and cornerback. Recorded 39 tackles (26 solo), including a season-high 12 total stops in a 51-21 win at Millikin. Intercepted two passes and broke up two others. Served as the Cardinals' primary punt returner, gaining 263 yards on 21 returns, including a 50-yarder in a 26-13 win over Illinois Wesleyan. Earned CCIW Defensive Player of the Week and D3football.com Team of the Week honors following the Millikin game. Second Team All-CCIW.

2016: Started all 12 games at cornerback. Shared the team lead and ranked second in the CCIW in interceptions (5), tied for second on the team and the CCIW in passes defended (14) and tied for second on the team in tackles (57). Returned an interception 30 yards for a fourth-quarter touchdown in season-opening 35-21 win at Robert Morris-Chicago. Returned 34 punts for 471 yards, ranking first in the CCIW and 13th in the nation in punt-return average (13.9 yards per return). Returned a punt 67 yards for a touchdown in 35-25 win over Wheaton. First Team All-CCIW.

2015: Played in four games at cornerback before season-ending injury. Recorded six tackles in season opener against Trine and contributed a 59-yard interception return and three pass breakups at UW-Platteville.

2014: Played in four varsity games at wide receiver and on special teams. Returned three kickoffs for a 25.7-yard average.
