North Central College Cardinals

2013: Started all 14 games at strong safety. Ranked second on the team with 76 tackles (50 solo). Tied North Central single-season record for interceptions (8) and established a new career record (16). Recorded season-high 11 tackles against Illinois Wesleyan. Recovered a fumble in national quarterfinal at Bethel and intercepted two passes against Elmhurst. Returned 14 punts for 187 yards, including a season-long 48-yard return in national semifinal at Mount Union. First Team All-CCIW and All-North Region. CCIW and North Region Defensive Player of the Year. Academic All-CCIW.

2012: Started all 12 games at strong safety. Ranked second on the team with 65 tackles (43 solo), including 2.5 tackles for loss, and led the Cardinals with four interceptions. Blocked an extra-point attempt at Linfield. Posted a season-best 11 tackles against Wheaton and intercepted two passes at Carthage. First Team All-CCIW and Second Team All-North Region. Academic All-CCIW.


2010: Saw varsity action at cornerback and on special teams. Recorded 14 tackles (nine solo), including an interception, a fumble recovery and three pass breakups. Returned three kickoffs for 78 yards and seven punts for 140 yards. Returned a punt 78 yards for a touchdown against North Park, the second-longest punt return in school history. Was named CCIW Special Teams Player of the Week following the win over North Park. Academic All-CCIW.
