Biography
2009: Competed in six races during the year, recording four top 15 finishes... Placed fifth at the season-opening Elmhurst Early Bird (19:25) before doing it again at the Bradley Invitational (25:18) the following week... Finished eighth at the CCIW Championships (27:09), earning All-CCIW accolades.
2008: Finished 10th at the CCIW Cross Country Championships (25:48), earning All-CCIW honors...One of 10 individuals to represent North Central at the NCAA III National Championships in cross country.
2007: Finished eighth for the team and 16th overall at the CCIW Cross Country Championships.
2006-07: Finished third overall in the 5,000m at the CCIW Indoor Championships... Finished 17th overall in the steeplechase at the CCIW Outdoor Championships.
